AI Newsletter Platform is committed to your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect, why, and how we handle it. We have designed this site to minimize data collection.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand site traffic. Cloudflare Web Analytics is privacy-focused: it does not use cookies, does not track individuals across sites, and does not collect personal identifiers.

Because no cookies are used for analytics, we do not need to show a cookie consent banner for this purpose.

Email subscriptions

If you subscribe to our email newsletter, we collect your email address and your explicit consent to receive emails. We use this information solely to send you the newsletter you requested.

We do not sell, rent, or share email addresses with third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

Email subscriptions are processed by our email service provider. Their privacy policy also applies to subscriber data held on their platform.

Affiliate link tracking

When you click an affiliate link (via our /go/ redirect), the destination platform may set cookies on their domain for attribution purposes. This is governed by the destination platform’s own privacy policy — we have no control over it. Our redirect pages do not set first-party cookies.

Third-party services

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process request metadata (IP address, user agent) as part of its CDN and security services. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

GDPR (EU residents)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to:

• Access personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time (e.g., unsubscribe from email)
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Because we use cookie-free analytics and only collect email addresses with explicit consent, our data collection is minimal and already GDPR-aligned.
